We keep it simple – We ship as soon as possible to anywhere in the Continuous 48 States and we accept most unused, unwashed, unworn or defective items for a full refund or FLUXK credit. We charge you what the shipping companies charge us to ship.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping within the Continuous 48 States  - Orders $75 or more

All orders will be processed ASAP, generally less than 3 business days if items are in stock. We do not offer International shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience but hope to offer this option soon.

Shipping rates and time will depend on the delivery address and method of delivery chosen.

If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different, there may be a delay in shipping your order.

Returns Policy

You may return most unused, unwashed, unworn or defective items for a full refund or FLUXK credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item, etc.). Credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. 

To start the return process, fill out and submit our online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form before sending your defective product back. We highly recommend you receive tracking on your return shipment. We are not responsible if the merchandise is lost or damaged in transit.
